DEAR GUESTS

In 1881, César Ritz takes the helm of the Grand Hôtel de Monte-Carlo with a singular ambition: to redefine hospitality itself. To honour that vision, a constellation of exceptional craftsmen is assembled: a young chef, Auguste Escoffier, a tailor, a florist, a shoemaker, and a perfumer, Nestor Moëhr.

Under the arcades of the Grand Hôtel, Nestor Moëhr begins offering distinguished guests fine fragrances, giving rise to la Parfumerie de Monte-Carlo, whose reputation spreads well beyond the Principality. Until the unexpected closure of the Grand Hôtel takes with it a well-kept secret. That of its perfumer, Moëhr.

It is our pleasure to announce that Moëhr resumes service, giving form to a gourmet fragrance universe drawn from the golden age of grand hospitality. Fragrances bearing the names of imaginary guests, presented through dishes and delicacies whose colours and flavours give faithful expression to the scent.

Nothing, in the intervening years, alters our conviction that a fragrance formula ought to be short, clear, and made with the finest raw materials. Trusting that we may have the pleasure of your esteemed patronage over the seasons to come, and assuring you of our best care and attention.
