In 1881, César Ritz takes the helm of the Grand Hôtel de Monte-Carlo with a singular ambition: to redefine hospitality itself. To honour that vision, a constellation of exceptional craftsmen is assembled: a young chef, Auguste Escoffier, a tailor, a florist, a shoemaker, and a perfumer, Nestor Moëhr.

It is our pleasure to announce that Moëhr resumes service, giving form to a gourmet fragrance universe drawn from the golden age of grand hospitality.
