01 Molding

Machined from hardened tool steel to exacting tolerances, the molds establish a consistent geometry. Zinc alloy is then injected under high pressure, forming the raw cap structure with dense material, sharp definition, and consistent integrity.

02 Turning

The cast blank is mounted on a lathe and brought to its final profile. Each pass removes material with precision, yielding a form that is true, consistent, and ready for milling.

03 Milling

Critical functional areas are CNC-machined and calibrated, establishing exact fit, concentricity, and mechanical precision where function demands it.

04 Polishing

Each cap is hand-polished through 5 successive stages, using progressively finer compounds to refine reflectivity and remove micro-imperfections.

05 Assembly

A custom-molded internal component in PCR polymer is integrated and mechanically fixed, allowing controlled friction to be precisely maintained.
